New Perk Thingies

So, it looks like there’s gonna be an update where we get a perk tree instead of getting 3 perks to chose from each time you level up. Will we keep the perks we already have, or will we get to chose perks? So, in game I’m level 27, so will I get 27 perks to chose or will I keep the ones I have? Also, are the farm perks being done like the normal perks, with the perk tree?

andddd if you're above level 30 u can choose whatever whats in the level 30 category perks?
