Cant enter my shop; stuck on fetching realm information

For some reason every time i try to enter my shop it gets stuck on fetching realm information. This only happens when i enter my store and it doesnt happen in otber places. Anyone know why this happens?

    Yeah, mine sometimes just gets stuck on "reconnecting" for no reason.
