bug when enter a room

when i entered my alt into my room stuck in loading screen and when i relog stuck at reconnecting loading
username: #003 i log in all my alts no problem but i will not enter the room that i came in that #003 account please help my alt..
its more like a never ending reconnecting loading i relog 20 times still reconnecting bruh

Server 16 is down, I think that's why.. I can't log in either.

in your room?? u cant enter
my account that are in mines in my realm and entered in other realm using portal works.. when i try leaving the realm go to the overworld or enter a room makes the reconnecting loading appears stuck there

I tried to go to my storage, and stuck in the loading
