You can follow this instruction to guide you how to report inside and outside of Cubic Castles.

Second : to open a ticket, type -ticket open followed by a reason for opening it.
Once of the moderators will handle your ticket and contact you if necessary.
When the ticket channel disappears, that means the ticket has been handled.

Example: -ticket open SirAngello is a scammer (this is example only)
Third i will give the recommended list that you can add after the ticket are open:
- In game name
- Accused person name
When it happened
- What happened
Fourth : if your report / chat is not in English, please include language after your finished typing.
It is helping moderator translate your report easily.
Fifth : Don't forget to use this command before you take the screenshot.
(if you found the scammers prove such as sign or what did he/she talk in chat.

Sixth : If a player is swearing and it is censored, it’s okay because that’s what the censor is for.
When someone swears by adding, removing or changing letters in order to get around the censor that is bypassing and should be reported with proof.
Reporting note: If you're reporting swearing, don't include the swear words directly in the report reason or chats. We are unable to whitelist those words for the reporting channels and we don't want you to get warned by Mee6.

This is easiest and how to report because you just visit the official cubic castle website.
First : after you open this link there is a button called (?) Support which is located at bottom right.
Second :These question that you must answer after you click the support button
- Your name
- Email address
- Your Player/Account Name
- (The player name you use when playing Cubic Castles)
- Realm Name (optional)
- Name of the Realm related to your support request. (If applicable)
- Subject (optional)
- How can we help you?
- Attachments

Third :They will answer your request as fast as possible. You just need to wait and they will help you.
*The time to respond usually takes a day or sooner*
