Is the Ocean pack is permanent?

Based on Gdogs wonderful Video, i saw the ocean pack is single. Its like a Scifi and steampunk pack, So it will be added to the store? (Themed)

In my opinion better if ocean stay in cstore. Becouse it is not normal season pack yea may summer pack also new decos items and a lot of it. I hope it stay
