Ways to sell rooms/realms

Imagine having a safe way for builders to build for someone or sell their creations. I thought of few ways on doing that

1. Bumper

Advantages:
• Easy to do
•you can sell it even if you're offline

Disadvantages:
•Hackers can use this as an advantage to steal your realm
•can be costly depends on the bumper price
•after buying the realm the bumper will stay in there

2.way to remove convert a room/realm into an item

Advantage:
•you can sell it even if you're offline when you put it in vends

Disadvantage:
•Hackers can use this as an advantage to steal your realm

3. A subclass of realm/room which can be sold by a command(or other way if a good suggestion appear) /sell room or realm "price" and /buy to buy it.

edit: /price to see realm price
After buying the realm the owner will be replaced to the person who bought it but the builder(seller) will get credit example:
Owner:Luckylucky, Builder:Luck

Advantages:
•safe
•you can sell it even if you're offline

Disadvantage
•Hackers can use this as an advantage to steal your creation
