This is what I do - click on your profile picture at the top, select preferences and then it should allow you.
There may be a simpler way.

It's a good idea, but it doesn't work. If you can do it, congratulations! But I think our pfps will be the same a lot of time.

yep you can sent the email to cubic castle too about this bug. And it same like me i also cant change my pic xD since new forum update
