This is a visual glitch where the wrong icon is being shown for deeds that are dropped. They are still regular deeds, they're just using the wrong icon. When the bug is fixed they will look like normal deeds so don't get scammed by people selling these as rare or special. They aren't.

What is the icon? It's for an unreleased item that is coming in a future update.
