Monthly Raffle Ending for now

We've decided to cancel the monthly raffle for rare items. So, logins will no longer generate raffle tokens. The general idea was to incentivize logging in every day so players that were active would have a chance to win items, but the odds on the raffle are quite low given the number of players/entries so we feel it's not really working.

For those of you that still have raffle tokens left, just hold on to them and there may be some special raffles in the future you can use them in.

Please note -- To stop the collector gold rush -- Tokens will become craftable at some point. So don't spend a ton of cubits to collect them.
