That face...is the face of an angel. Like why is it I have to wear a bag over my face in public to keep someone from calling the police while he gets to strut away with unrivaled contour. Life is cruel my friend.
You create a character and you are put in the world of Riveria, where you must save it from impending doom. It has a storyline that you can follow but you also have the "Lives" where you complete tasks to rank up. There are twelve total lives, it is really fun to complete the goals. For example as a carpenter you will need to make this set of furniture. Even more neat, it is nearly impossible to stay in one life as you will be pushed into other lives.
For example I wanted to be a carpenter because I love decorating houses (which you get a home) but because I needed wood to make the furniture I had to switch to a wood cutter. Then as a wood cutter I found out I was not going to get very far without being murdered by the beasts that lurked beyond the borders of Castellia leaving me to switch to a Paladin to learn those skills. Once you learn the skills you can use them no matter what profession you are in. Except being in that profession can have benefits like being able to use say your specific powers skills when crafting.
