I just received the update a few minutes ago. So does that mean the server will restart very soon?

    With updates they do an initial update to prepare the framework. It puts the items in but not where they are accessible in regards to packs. They are going to first iron out bugs and other issues before making the pack available.

    I’m assuming the bugs have to do with the trick or treating.
