Wrong ban

Hello there! My game name is LITTLE FOX<3 and yesterday I got baned from cubic castles for 700+ h and I don't know a reason for thet.I didn't scam,bully,swear,being rude to someone I was nice and good to everyone!and I just got ban when I was cleaning my realm! And I want from cubic castles forums to see is thet wrong because I didn't do anything bad and if I really need to wait 700+ h I will really stop playing this game it's my favorite but I can't wait for thet long! Thank you for understanding!!!
