Bugged owned realm

i banned some people at my realm because they are so mean.. for some reason i can't see their names on my realm setup (+banned people) it always said nobody is banned.. i tried relog countless times but still i can't see their name in the realm set up.. Please fix this issue

They might have left the realm when you were trying to ban them.

but i was sure that i banned them.. when i get out the realm they said "we can't enter again why u banned me"
