Start over with my realm? (shoving everything to inventory or container)

Hi. I want to scrap my current layout but keep the blocks, is that possible without manually fetching every block ?

No. The only thing possible is nuking, but that will breake all of the blocks and won’t give you them back, you will have to work manually.
