You put your raffle tokens into the raffle box in either the Cubic Town Center or in the alternate box in the Learning Center. Recommend watching each day to see if you want to enter for the item being raffled, and ration out your raffle tokens accordingly. It takes some finesse to drop the token in the box, so be sure you get the screen that acknowledges your tokens were put into the raffle and not just dropped on the ground.
