Stuck on "starting game..." screen (Android)

Game seems to get stuck on this screen whilst trying to log in. Happens on both my account & my partners account. However... it's working on other devices. So were defiantly not banned or anything.

Tried re-installing the game. Nothings working. Thanks in advance :)

    One: if it happened the first time it cant be permabanned...
    Two: you clearly didnt read it because he said he could log on other devices...

    Anyways: i think you better can send a support ticket.... they could help ya further

    Its Happening to me........ been waiting for 10 hours.. this happened to me THRICE!

    Oh i send support ticket, and i don't have any Scam records, they said it's only Bug or my internet issues

    Its not happening anymore. Didn't need a support ticket. If it was the update that caused it...this one seemed to of lasted a very long time :P Glad I can get back on though :)
