Normally we can wait for Apple/Google to be fully live before updating the server. But this time, we can't due to the old store not working with the new client.

Guys.. the farms and crops dying thing. It's not that sensitive. You've got a LOT of leeway before crops start dying. It's not like you show up an hr late and they're all dead.
48 hours before crops start to die. But yes, that's the biggest concern for sure. EDIT: This is getting ridiculous, though.
Just to be clear. To be safe you should water your crops daily. Some leeway is given so you don't have to be precise about the hour. Obviously you might not be able to water every day at exactly the same time. But it is definitely not safe to start watering your crops every 2 days or something like that. For this delay with apple you all should still be ok though.
