Super exp perk info needed

How is it supposed to work? Does any of you have any info about it? I got this perk at lvl 2 and it seems like it's not doing much....
So can anyone give me information abut it (example: perk lvl 1 works like this; perk lvl 2 works like this...ecc.ecc.)?

    It will sometimes give you a bit extra experience but i believe it only works when attractor is turned off.

    It works with attractor on or off when’s building. It only work when mining if attractor is off.

    I'll try using it with attractor off while mining. I'll edit this comment when i get news.
    Edit: super exp does something without the attractor perk, but i've tested super exp level 1 in another account and it works way better than my super exp 2 in my main account. Advice?

    The other account must be a lower level than your main.
    As you increase in levels, the xp needed to level up increases and takes more blocks built/mined to get 1xp
