Me and my brother entered the halloween contest and we both got banned

Hi when i enter my brothers account on my device then logged out then oppened mine does that count as an alt or the system.thinks its an alt.... because my brother entered the halloween building contest and i thought i could too but then when i rented at the holloween town a few minuites later we both got banned help.... its a mistake its not an alt ....

    Only one build per person, if we find anyone using alts to rent more than one spot they'll be automatically disqualified... and the abyss calls again.
    You shouldn’t be banned tho

    Did you rent the plot while your brother was online?
