  Could be caused by:
  
  lag
  internet connection
  server restart
  
  Try to relog or shut down CC and reopen the app. If it keeps happening after that go to support.

  If you mean on phone: the keyboard wont show up because most times all the RAM is being used at that moment, you can fix this by closing some apps and then there is some more RAM available
  
  Why doesnt the keyboard come up if the RAM is filled up? Thats because the keyboard is also an app, so if all the RAM has been used it cant be "opened"
  
  Ways to fix this:
  -like i said: close apps and make more RAM available
  -buy a new and better phone (dont expect ya to do that ofcourse)
  -before you play the game restart your phone, everything gets closed and it gives ya more time before ya get that problem

  If you mean on pc: probs lag or a problem with your pc/game or so, try going to a place with more internet connection in your house and look if you have the same problem
