What happened to the car race tournament?

I don't know if its just me, but does anyone know what happened with the car tournament? I haven't gotten any PMs or seen any announcements about it. I only won one race and no races after that. Anyone know?

I think it was cause not many people were on so the pair could race. And the Judges weren't on sometimes when both participants were on. So it fell apart. (My perspective) Ask slim
