if cc did it would not be fair cause ppl can just use that then switch to harm/shrink and kill right away

How about a little addition to the Topic in which if you were to shoot the wand and hit a player you will have to wait X seconds or the same amount of seconds the player is frozen for before switching to a different wand.

Can't decide to whether this is a good suggestion or not though.
