Warp Anchor Bug [Solved]

So, a few hours ago, i visited my friend's realm (LIE CYBORG). I gave him a Warp Anchor. I told him to put it in front of Exit Portal (Look the picture below).

He said "What's this for?". I replied "Teleport to me". When i saw him, he wasn't at the top of Warp Anchor, but still in his position (not moving). I became confused. Then i tried to teleport him. Strangely, i was right in my friend's position, not at the top of Warp Anchor (Look the picture below).

Can someone explain why this could happen?

Because you both have perm in that realm. (New policy change)

If you have permissions in that realm, warp anchors dont affect you.
