Do the Double Drop Perks still work?

So I realized today after a lot of mining with the Attractor perk off, that I have not been seeing any double drops lately. I have Miner 3 (15% chance of double resources), Luck 3 (15% chance of double cubits), and Harvester 3 (15% of double berries/cotton).
Do the doubled items drop as one stack now instead of two? (I have been counting cubits so I know that one hasn't been dropping in one stack but idk about the others) Is this a bug that only I have, or have other people noticed this as well? Was this taken out intentionally? ;-;

I'm pretty sure they only work with attractor off. (May be wrong)

I thought berries drops in 5 in mines xD So the perk only work there :3
