Vending With Valentine Letters

The red and blue valentine letters do not work in a vend, it just says their is nothing in the vending machine. Could have something to do with the fact that anyone can pick up the letters if dropped.

I think they are not sellable in the vends because if another person picks it up it dissapears.... i had this problem some time ago too (rip a red and blue letter)
