PvP Suggestion!

So I have come up to this idea because I was building an arena. While building I wondered, "how can I put PvP inside the arena while it is PvP off at the watching seats?". So I suggest PvP Foundations! Wherein if you are under it you may use your wand if you want and when you are not in it your wands dont affect anyone!

Welp I also think that PvP foundations should have highness and time like in rental foundations like 5,10,20,or skyhigh! or 5 mins, 10 mins, 30 mins, or up to one hour! xD
And also a referee bumper or chair! xD With it you can set the options to turn the pvp on or off only in foundations! :D

Aside from the said above: What if you only want certain persons to have wand power?
For example: Bomb game:Wand Edition! Owner hits everyone with wands until last person left!
Function=
After selecting players to have PvP there should be a door leading to arena!
The sentry only allows players that have PvP!
PvP Wand Bumper!!!
Have that game that only allows knockback?
Or Kill only using Harm?
Or Wand Parkour that you don't want shrink wand?
Then Wand Bumper is what you need!
-One bumper for each wand :P
-Bump it to enable/disable certain wand! (Works like mute bumper)

Perk bumper is the answer!
-You can toggle perks that can only be activated in the realm
such as jumpman and speed demon
Survival Bumpers!
Want a hardcore PvP? or realistic adventure map?
-Currently 2 bumpers: Aqua and Gravity
Aqua Bumper
makes qbee drown if stands too long underwater >:D
Gravity Bumper
makes qbee takes damage from falling from high places in increasing damage.(The higher the cliff the more damage it deals)

Function=
- Click Use!
- And then the List of Players appear like in gather bumper but there's a checkbox beside their names
- Players with checked box have PvP
- Under window you can Click Okay or Cancel
- Other players can bump it too but will only see players who have PvP!
