I think that they should make it to where there HAS to be a foundation block under a rental bumper and the foundation HAS to be connection to other foundation blocks thus one scam method is eliminated

+1. Sick of people that place bumpers on red pixels or just on the floor. It seriously has to stop working anywhere outside of the actual foundations.

Plots like this where theres one different block in the middle MUST have a popup saying "you do not have permission to place a rental bumper here! This plot is incomplete please fix it or else its invalid" or something like that that shows that its an invalid plot
