you shouldn't be able to place prize dispensers when a flash bumper was hit -
lets say someone uses the flash bumper is his krampus shop, someone can just simply place a prize dispenser next to the krampus and take the krampus

look scam reports, there were a forumer that was reported for scamming and was BANNED
