Items Falling From Block

When you break a block with items above it, ALL the items fall...If you do it with about 200 hats they don't all fall, some stay in their normal block while the other fall.

EDIT: Works only with hats, 200-ish different blocks. Cannot be 200 dirt, or 200 glass etc..

Yeah that's horrible, I though about it yesterday.
