Have you restarted cc or your computer? That may fix the problem.
It just looks like some of the textures haven't loaded correctly, a restart should solve it.

I Tried to restart the gane
Still same

I'll try to restart my pc later

Even the Cosmic Cow Logo
Doesnt Appear at the loading....

But the game works well...

Have you tampered with the games files? Either way, re-installing may help.

Sounds like you have some corrupted files by either tampering, HDD degradation or an error during download.

I Would recommend recording your account details, deleting your cubic appdata folder, uninstall CC then reinstall.
