Crafting Glitch

I am trying to craft a Black Official Sign, and I have all the perks that I need to use the craftbench and the tools..... Then, I put all the materials on the craftbench, so I can craft a Black Official Sign, I wait and wait and wait, but it still doesnt show the sign in the List next to the 4 squares. Is this a glitch? Or is it just the learning center that made an error with the crafting recipe? I checked the crafting recipe 5 times. :/ Also, I wouls like help from a Mod, Admin, Dev or Advanced Gamer

You don't need any tools or perks to craft these signs:(1 of each) New Wood Plank, Glue, White Dye, Black Dye

I know Steven, but the crafting recipe wont work, Ive tried it in anyways, and checked the Learning Center 5 times, but it still doesnt work.

Idk if its a glitch or an error.

Make sure its the right type of wood. New Wood PLANKS.
I don't think you are using the right stuff.
What you need:
- Black Dye
- White Dye
- Glue
- New Wood Planks
