Stuck at "Starting Game Screen". (Please Close)

I recently tried opening cubic castles and noticed that I'm stuck on the starting game screen for a long time. I have already sent a support ticket, but I want to know what are the various reasons this could be caused by.

    Some possible reasons could be that you have been perma-banned, your internet is slow, the servers are down, etc. But, support will probably have the best answer. Good luck!

    Is that a tablet? Cuz from previously using one myself, the game did this all the time, mainly because they are a terrible device for CC. I don't get why, but just from restarting my internet, helped it, but it didn't ever stop the terrible lag. :c
