Can't pick items up?

So, today I did a giveaway after my hat pack opening BUT, after I left (Many people within the room) I went to a lobby and did some talking, a friend came to me said a hat was left at the giveaway I went there... And I couldn't pick the hat up... I was confused... I had to use a prize machine to pick it... (Yes, I had perm) I think it had something to do with the prize machine. It was a hat from the giveaway & in the same place where the machine was.

Sure it wasn't your internet lagging? I have had this happen, but I had to restart the game and turn on and off my wifi and then my problems went away. o.o'

Nope, my internet is fine, also relogged. I tried picking it didn't work, glassed it couldn't pick it up after, prize machine was the only way.
