Tell him to reset his password in the Main Menu. You do that by...... Tapping this little "icon" thingy on the Right side of the Name and password of the player's name. Then tap "I forgot my password!". Enter your friend's email address or let him do it his/herself. Then s/he uses the email that was put in. There would be a little thing in the email that says "Password Reset to: (Enter random series or number and letters)" type the password that was given. Log in.
