Pet went from level 50 to level 2?!?!?!

in Bug Reports
me and slab share pets, after alot of hard work we got a pumpkin to level 50, after crafting with alot iron and other items, and mining alot, and picked up the kennel while slab had the pet equipped, and now its level 2 again! please help, this is not acceptable, I know it was supposed to go back to level 49, BUT LEVEL 2?!

    As it was said before to other similar threads, pets do lose all their progress when you break a kennel whilst having the pet around and not in the kennel itself. To save your pet's level you always should put it back to the kennel, especially if you're going to break it.

    The solotion is,
    next time when your about to break your pet kennel just make sure its in his/her kennel before breaking it
    theres most likely no way to get your level 50 pet anymore i guess... unless you talk to a staff thats welling to give you one. (Most likely not cause if you lose it the game no gonna return anything)
