If you unlock your camera (Details about that is in this topic: http://forums2.cubiccastles.com/index.php?p=/discussion/472/how-to-unlock-the-camera), you'll see a gate bumper above you.

Choose a correct place to stand, point your wand to that direction, then shoot until you hear the door opens. (Usually it will open in 1 hit - as long as you hit it)
