    It's probably an inside stamp as they are dark but not bottomless or just a dark stamp...

    That's not what he meant, he simply spawned in the middle of the nothing.

    Well that sometimes happens, but it's very rare.
    I look at it as a small suprise laugh xD

    Seen similar incidents like this posted before.
    I'm sure it's been reported about in the past.

    It's pretty harmless except you're (sometimes) stuck; leaving/entering usually fixes it.
