Chat log problems

Hey Coolbies, I tried to pull up my chat log so hollas don't distract me. But when I did that, this happened:

I've experienced this before but I think it's time I address this problem. Minor and harmless problem. :/

Happens all the time to me... sometimes, when you are scrolling up the chat bar, but leave it like that, and then pull up the panel itself, this happens.

All you have to do is pull the panel back down and scroll all the way back down
or
someone has to say something (causing the chat log to go to the bottom anyway)
