Increase the rarity of wigs

Right now, seems like people are getting a wig 1/3 hat packs, and I feel that is a bit much. It is way harder to get the actual hats. With 4 types of wigs that have over 8 colors each, They have become very very common, making other things a lot rarer.

+1 I pulled like 3 ducals wigs in 5 packs. They should be more uncommon.

If you could the wigs and hats, the wigs make up around 50% of all hat pack items..

Maybe a better idea would be to make them a pack of their own? seeing as there are just as many hats as wigs?

I'd be fine with that, im just kinda getting sick of pulling wigs, wigs, and more wigs in the hat pack tbh

Maybe just make the wigs dyeable and make it so that we can only pull out powdered wigs, then there will only be 4 types of common wigs(not counting princess)
