Nothing, you broke the rules on multiple occasions. It's a permanent warning but if it's a suspension, it'll most likely be temporary

I think you should just give the rules another look :) like the image above is telling you to. Warnings can't get removed so the best you can do now is stick to the rules. http://forums2.cubiccastles.com/index.php?p=/discussion/8/forum-rules#latest

Yes it does... at the very top it says "Multi posts merged & removed"
