Cant change password

I Forgot my password, i already report it.
Link has been sent to my email, i opened that and click the link.
i got new password, but when i want to change my password "the password incorrect", i have tried many times.
But when i want to log in to this forum, i can use my random password from link in email.

Please fix this :(

This may just be me being tired, but do you mind elaborating a bit more?

tl;dr: I'm guessing you're saying you can't sign in to your account with the new password they sent you, but you can sign in on the forums.
My solution: Make sure the password they gave you is typed out exactly like it was given to you.
Eg: If password was 2l3dG9, type it like 2l3dG9, not like: 2L3Dg9.

Yeah sometimes it detect if you have caps or not which is kindof more secure

I think you need the old pass before you forget it... or not
did you check the spelling?

If you are still having issue's, try contacting support again. Perhaps you can ask for a specific password within the ticket, you never know they might be able to do it.. or not. You can only ask.
