Can i get back my old account?

Hello,My old account name was "Doggy King" and i was play in it like any other player and then in a day i think to change my name to (alt+01412)Killer(alt+01412) i was wanna to do cuz i saw a mod his name (alt+????)Super i think or horus or dread idk....
and then when i changed my name to that, i didn't saw the (alt+01412) in my name O.O then i try to relog...
i cant type this words (alt+01412) in the login panel :/ so in this i lost my account :(
its was months ago... and i reported but nothing new and this days im thinking to back it. so pls help? ;/

    Yes, do not use alt codes in account/player or realm names. They will cause issues.

    Try to contact support again.
    Remember, provide them with an email address that they can contact you on.
    Their email response will be found either in your emails inbox, or spam folder.
