    I know him, its pretty easy to do, just choose other account and but c and give it to you main (or he just does nothing with leveling)

    Is the question why he has a dragon in the first place? Or why he can bring it out when he's not level 15+?

    I think the only ones that apply to the level 15+ rule are dogs, cats, and hoppers. I'm not sure if the Ram does. The holiday/special event pets can follow you at any level, I believe.

    I'm pretty sure the Dragon pet is classified as a special event pet, since you have to pay real money rather than in game currency to obtain it from the cubit store. I could be wrong though, I'm not a developer x.x
