Current Server Outage

We took the server down early this morning due to detecting some unusual activity. We hope to bring it back online soon, and can give more info when we do. We're still looking into what happened. See this thread for updates.

We'll be reopening the server. Early this morning we discovered some players using an exploit to duplicate items. We took the server down to prevent damaging the economy. We patched the issues, and added some new checks and logs. We also deleted the duplicated items, applied account bans, and we believe that we managed to contain the problem as it was caught fairly quickly. As such we feel it is not necessary to roll-back the server to a backup, but we are actively monitoring over the next little while to make sure. Unfortunately with online games some people will always try to find a way to exploit the game, and it's something we have to deal with from time to time. Apologies for the outage.
