I've seen alot of people looking for a Powdered One including me, and I feel like it was never added into the pack or too rare to get >_<.

    Rare isn't even a subject in this matter xD I bet 500k-1,000,000c has been on spent on Packs across the whole game and NO ONE got the Wig. D:
