Can I get my items back by the help of developers?

So i just lost my 10k c worth of hat packs , here is my story I was buying clothe packs worth around 10k after i finished i started dropping the items since i dont have any chest available after i finished dropping most of the hats I suddenly disconnected for more like than 20 mins. So when i went back all the hats are gone . It really made me mad because 10k cubits is too much for me. Can anybody help? Please.
