New packs not appearing?!

I got the new content at the cubit store but it doesn't show me the wigs and the other packs! I'm a bit scared about that because I restarted the game but no pack signs! Is it a bug that just happened?

The wigs are in the hat pack

There is also, sometimes, a situation where your ISP caches our store file. We have seen it several times.
