Sometimes I build private stuff with my trusted friend and talk about private stuff. But occasionally someone would tp to us when we are in the middle of building a surprise project and also aometimes they just visit when we are in a secret talk. I personlly do not like banning people but it's the only way to get rid of them for a while and everytime someone visits, we have to keep banning them for a while to get them out. I think that we should have a TRUSTED ONLY option for WHO CAN VISIT THE REALM? It would be a great help!

But what can be done, OP, is that after that friend enters, change the "who can visit" to only me. That prevents tpers from entering, but allows the players already inside to stay in.
