Help!! cant play!! on my cellphone :'(

before i can play IGN:DravenEx but every 5-10 mins its automatically go to my screen menu >.< and when i open,, put a username and password.. it turn into black. and go out :'( i do over and over but dont log-in... i use other and its ok.. i can play.. why my only account error?? pls help!
