Mailboxes/letters - how do they work?

As the tittle says...
I ask the question here as i am sure some will wonder about it.
And i don't want to waste a letter by accident.

The descriptions are short and may not tell everything.

So.... how do you use those letters?

    You mean clicking "mail" on the mailbox of someone else, right?

    You need to click the mailbox of other with a letter then you write what you want .
    The owner of the mailbox can see it clicking her Qbee with the letter

    What if you have 2 an urgent letter and a letter in our inventory. How you select? I consumed a letter when I had both and wanted to use a urgent letter.
